I love how he always starts his articles “Business Director Ben Mayfield…” maybe he has a split personality talking about himself in the third person.
He is completely out of his depth and unless he’s stupid or arrogant or both he must realise that he is making matters worse. And this article is just latest in a long line of publications that is without tact diplomacy and his no chance of making things better
