He is completely out of his depth and unless he’s stupid or arrogant or both he must realise that he is making matters worse. And this article is just latest in a long line of publications that is without tact diplomacy and his no chance of making things better
Ben will still go on to get a decent, high paid job at some other transport company. Even if he fails massively. Just doesn't matter at that level.
