Poorly thought out, considered and implemented. Although not surprised given they left themselves wide open to potential issues from TNE, Network One, Arriva just as examples of companies that they have formal agreements with in consideration of fares charged.
They can't even update the page properly, still has "Free single and day tickets will be available onboard our buses." on the third line down.
