Do we know who that is anyway? The worst thing is though, if anything happened to him i.e. he is used as a bowling pin by a bus, then he would probably try to file a compo claim against Nexus and the Bus Company.
Nexus really need to crack down on this before someone is hurt or god forbid, killed.
