The X21 is obviously more or less at the end of its six-month probationary period, so it's only right that some sort of changes were planned to combat the buses which are running empty. Hopefully it isn't just a case of timing the X21 to leave 5 minutes ahead of the 22/23 in both directions...

Least the 22/23 isn't up for changes..... as for the X21... only seen it once - 3 people on.
