Eleven of Lincoln's 'green' Solos are VOR at the moment, which has resulted in a number of rare workings recently:

To cover for them, three Solos and eight Tridents have been drafted in from the Manchester division of Stagecoach.

Kier seem to be using Merc FX54 LML on their 65 Horncastle -Sleaford service.
Have seen it a few times over the last month or so, but never close up. Not sure where the corporate liveried Solo has gone, which was used previously.

[*]A number of Volvo B8RLEs are also reported to be on order for the two and Calverton Connection. The B7RLEs used on the two reportedly said to be moving over onto the Derby to Chesterfield Red Arrow route which is expected to be branded something different (Possibly Blue Arrow). The Calverton Connection Citaros are also thought to be moving to Kinchbus for service 2 minus Citaro 902 which was written off after fire.

This thread got me curious. I lived in Uttoxeter for much of the 80s. Adlt fare to burton was something like £1.60 for much of that time.
£2 return as of last winter. It's an hour each way!!!

9 months on from the original batch of new E200s, High Peak have gained a new batch in a new revamped 'TransPeak' livery to replace the first batch - 525 (YX65 RFY) in Matlock - Photo @ Guy
They replace these - 592 (YY64 GWK) in Centrebus livery with TransPeak branding to another part of the Centrebus empire.
Trent Barton have added a photo of a new 'Red Arrow' coach on their 'trentbarton live' facebook page. The photo shows it as a WIP and can be seen in the attachment.
