The problem with some of these smaller firms is they bid for everything expecting to pick up a few boards but risk being over loaded if they win more work than they anticipated. It is then left to Nexus to look for alternative suppliers to step in at the start of the school term if these independent firms fail to come up with enough vehilces or drivers

They also say some of their friends, who were on the bus, claim some people were left behind and had to get the 57 instead.
Hefty fine for them from Nexus I suppose then...
