Just as some people get mixed up with similar letters, like b or d - they can get mixed up between a 2 & 5.
Just the way the mind works I suppose.
When the destination is the same and they're getting mixed up with a 2 & 5, I can see where some confusion might arise.
Although the DDA can't cover everything, I am surprised their isn't some scope for recognised learning difficulties, such as dyslexia or duscalculia (

I have mentioned the colours used previously and how some process information, when the colours contrast. Black and white, being one of the worst combinations for those with dyslexia for example.
For those without it, it is arguably the clearest combination.
