What buses does the 1,1A,N1 and 28 and 29 currently use?
(06 Apr 2016, 3:49 pm)Dan wrote I believe some of Brighton & Hove's new double-decks are due to be delivered next month.
Service 1 is allocated Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TLs - most of them are 12-plates. Services 28/29 are allocated East Lancs OmniDekka bodied Scania N270UDs - these are 57-plates.
I understand 03 and 04 plate East Lancs OmniDekka bodied Scania N94UDs are expected to be cascaded as a result.

Usually there for no more than a week before they get released to Belfast Docks.

(01 Jun 2016, 5:34 pm)Adrian wrote Just in reference to this, I'd asked about the Streetdecks when I was down there last week, and I was told it'd be the end of June before they would be entering service. An enquiry on their facebook page received the same answer.
It seems to have taken them some time to fulfil this order, given that they've started taking the Geminis off the 1 and Regency branding them, already. East Lancs OmniDekkas were making up the slack on the 1 last week.

How many will leave Brighton, will 12 Omnidekka's leave or will some stay behind just in case any problems come up?
