(20 Jul 2016, 7:58 pm)BusLoverMum wrote Just got to level 9. It's hard to make progress with no pokestops around and a village infested with pidgeys and rattatas. I did catch a jigglypuff in my bathroom earlier, though :have a magic egg, now, so shall keep hold o stuff rather than evolving it. Off to the metrocentre tomorrow, in all likelihood.

Could be worse Tom, I'm only on level 3!

Clefairy
Jigglypuff
Paras
Abra
Slowpoke
Goldeen
Jynx
It's actually a decent game when you get into it, even if you don't like Pokemon like me it's worth having a go.
(22 Jul 2016, 7:08 pm)BusLoverMum wrote Apart from the Paras, they appear less frquently than some. I have all but the last 2.
It's a shame the Abra doesn't appear very often, as that means I probably won't get to evolve mine into a Cadabra
I need a good lingery walk around Newcastle, tomorrow. V low on Pokeballs.

I've hatched 2x 5.0km eggs in 2 days by doing it.

I went to Mowbray Park in Sunderland today and caught a few Pokemon... it was busy also hatched a Ponyta from a 5km Egg.
Level 10 now.
My Pokemon can be seen below

Anyone else got any decent areas?
(27 Jul 2016, 3:48 pm)BusLoverMum wrote So long as you stick to the areas where you actually have a phone signal, Durham is spectacular! Caught 3 magicarp on Elvet Bridge (only 98 more needed to evolve one!) and wasted 10 great balls on a massive machoke - game hung on me twice before it got away!
Stockton was good, too, though we only passed through on the bus, so didn't make the best of it.
Darlo was disappointing. Plenty of stops, but nothing more interesting than some massive Drowsees and a Pigeotto better than anything I've evolved so far. Also ot annoyed because I ran out of credit and had to walk around for a bit before I found a spot where the damned three store would load up properly to top up.
