There's more than just Go North East using different variations of a logo at the moment...
(17 Nov 2016, 7:37 pm)Adrian wrote Why spend money on paying someone to design a new logo, if it's suggested that no one other than bus enthusiasts will notice it missing? It's supposed to be one of the things that makes a company memorable.Maybe the old logo was put on by mistake!
Appreciate that things do not happen over night in terms of purging the old logo, but surely the continued application of it begs another question!
The decision may have been made, but it doesn't mean it can't be a bad one.

(18 Nov 2016, 1:28 pm)Dan wrote That's not true. 698 and 700 should enter service on Monday.
699 has been taken from Saltmeadows Road to Deptford today, with 698 being used to transport the engineers from Deptford to Saltmeadows Road.

Having previously carried cherished registration mark K2 VOY, this vehicle has been re-registered as LA55 WWN. The cherished registration mark, K2 VOY, has been sold to a private buyer, in exchange for another cherished registration mark (X21 BUS). This registration mark will be allocated to Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka 6146 (YN55 NFE), which will act as the dedicated spare vehicle for "The Castles Express" service X21.
It looks like 6146 will go to Crook as a spare for the X21 and have the registration plate of "X21 BUS"

(18 Nov 2016, 2:41 pm)Dan wrote X21 GNE!
Blame editorial...
That's correct!
6146 is of course a little bit younger, and will be re-trimmed prior to entering service, providing a more high quality spare vehicle for the X21 service. Tarted up internally and externally, with its real age disguised by a private registration mark.
(18 Nov 2016, 2:52 pm)Dans_bus_photos wrote Dan, I know 6143 will withdraw an Olympian at Stanley but what about the remaining ones? As all the Omnidekka's have arrived now haven't they? There's never more than one in service since 6032 found it's way over. 3888 will sit in for a replacement, but it shouldn't matter as they are only used for taxis, rarely even on scholars.

Not a single go north East employee about (contradictory to Facebook) and buses literally pulling into any stop. Angels all over!! Poor nexus bloke can't cope.
Awful crisis management
