Personally, I would send 5229-32 to Percy Main, for 19, and 4978-82 to Riverside, for 67/69, allowing 8306 to go to Chester for 34/34A, 8307/08 to Crook for 18 and keep 8309 for 88/88A. 695/6 could then go to Peterlee as spares for X6/X7 and as replacement for 705. 705 could then go back to Washington as a spare.
