12063/64/66/69/72/73/75/77/79/80/82/83/85/86 are the E400Hs that have been repainted into corporate livery.

On a similar note, 28001/02/05/06/07/09/10/11/13/14/15/17/18/24/25/27/29/33/32/36/37 are the Gas E300s now in corporate livery.

Just in case anyone decides to ask which ones need repainting without looking at the post first.

12061/62/65/67/68/70/71/74/76/78/81 & 84 are the E400H's which need doing.

28003/04/08/12/16/19/20/21/22/23/28/30/31/34/35/38/39 & 40 are the Gas E300's which need doing.

I was going off of RBZ 5459's list, hadn't actually realised they were missing myself and both of course need repainting, will amend previous post

Does anyone remember what year it was, when Stagecoach Sunderland merged most of their services?, so like 15 and 16 merged, 2 and 3, 22, 23 and 24etc
Ooo Friend, Bus Friend.
RE: Stagecoach North East: Latest News & Discussion - January 2019
What's happening with the allocation of the E400H's, are Walkergate just allocating them to anything now as they going into corporate livery. I have noticed on my last few outings into town that their is a few being allocated to the 12/22 and 38.

Has the route changed for the 11 to West Denton Shops? It was running further along Stamfordham Road in a different lane instead of the usual lane and turning onto Pooley Road.

12, 22, 39/40 appear to use the same buses. I don't know about the 38. Slatyford only allocates green buses to service 1 for some reason. Why are the buses with green interiors not getting repainted in the green livery? I think it looks ridiculous personally, mismatched blue exterior/green interior.

Stalyford don’t have green buses only Walkergate while the 1 is only operated out of Walkergate apart from the N1

Service 11 double runs along Stamfordham Road, passing Slatyford Depot, stopping outside depot for driver changeovers only.

12061-86 used to be green but they have or will be getting repainted. I agree with your comment. It does look mismatched especially as some of them used to or still have a green panel on the top.

all of the repainted ones still have full green livery roofs not just a panel as Stagecoach NE don't paint the roofs

The green livery is being phased out throughout Stagecoach

Manchester still currently paint theirs green.

I's suspect they'll all be going back in the paintshop sooner rather than their usual 5 year or so schedule anyway as Stagecoach's Brand and Image refresh project is in the final stages of approval.

It would be great to have Gas Buses on the E's & double decker's on the X24.

Was going to say it didn't make any sense for the X34s but surprisingly there's not much change in dead mileage between Horsley Hill - Wheatsheaf compared to Horsley Hill - Dean Road.  Even less difference from the Newcastle end.  Both are a bit longer though so presumably this is about creative accounting to balance books, rather than genuine cost savings.

I wonder if Shields depot will be turned into a low cost depot like Hartlepool is, seeing as they will only have E200s left with a PVR of 33

The X24 could always interwork with the X34 at Newcastle...
