With the new 115 it runs onto the 71/72 so a decekr will always do it now. It's possible 19679 has transferred

Shame to see the hybrids go they used to be fantastic but the past couple of years they’ve definitely gotten worse. I see them quite often on the routes I do now and some have a lot of smoke from the exhaust makes me wonder how they’re CAZ compliant.

Long withdrawn 22345 and another partly dismantled MAN ALX300 at Slatyford have had their fleetnames and fleet numbers blacked out with what looks like spraypaint. No clue why they bother to do this as both buses are still clearly Stagecoach beachball liveried

22443 is the other ALX300.

27913/14 both transferred from Sunderland to Stockton last night ahead of the PVR increase with the introduction of the 6/6A as well as the return of the schools.

Also back in service at Stockton is ALX300 22411 - supposedly reinstated to replace an accident-damaged 22883 for now as well as the future 6/6A PVR increase.

It's for if they sell them and they run in service again, then people know that they're not Stagecoach buses so you don't have a repeat of what happened with GoNorthEast and having the Solo's running with Scarlett Band in full Metrocentre Mini livery. Arriva used to do it aswell, not sure if they do now though.

I don't think 19383 has ever operated from Slatyford if im honest. Being new to Walkergate then it went to Stockton then onto Sunderland, it doesn't appear to have been the most reliable in recent months though. It does make you wonder what's happening at Sunderland if they can afford to loose 19383, 27913/4 without replacements unless some of the withdrawn gas buses are now back in main fleet (28035/39)

They lost all of their runs on the 939, as well as the 99 which should account for 19383 going at least.

Ah I forgot about them with the 99 going a few weeks ago. It does look like they've taken on a new scholars service around Seaham and Murton though operating from Sunderland but I haven't seen the SL06 in Durham operate so far this year, so that might equal out PVR wise.

St Leonard's have withdrawn a lot of their school routes (school's shut anyway cos of the concrete thing). 5001 to Easington replaces it for us.

Neither looked like they were in a state to see service again - then again neither were 24116 and various others that Slatyford managed to resurrect!

Forgpt to mention too, a couple tyneside scholars routes have gone to Newcastle as well, which has probably freed up 383. Shame cos it's a good bus.... when it works.

I might be wrong but I believe 19383 coming up from Sunderland has allowed Walkergate to take back 19679 from Slatyford.

19672 has now returned to service following a refresh of paint having been due to head south that now confirms the 19600’s are definitely staying.

Slatyford seems to be either struggling with Double Deckers or allocating them wrongly. Almost their entire allocation on 62/63 seems to be daily worked by at least 3 Enviro 200MMC and today even supplemented by other E300s. Similarly Walkergate uses E300s and even E200s on the 22/38 regularly surely these new deckers coming should be used to rectify this rather than have vehicles sent elsewhere.

They normally have their buses on a Sunday but due to great north run the 106**’s were used as the shuttles hence why they had the E200MMC’s and some E300’s. The express services normally get the 106**’s on a Sunday as well and they were stuck with the E300’s today. During the week 62/63 do get a few E200mmc’s due to scholar services needing Euro 6 double deckers.

Probably in a year or two before they go off to Newcastle which is probably going to happen.  Although they might as well do them now since they on the Saltburn and Darlington services now as well.

Does anyone know why on Bustimes it shows the 62/63 timetables completely wrong. It shows that there is only about 10 services a day, when in reality they are every 15 mins.

That happened with the X67, when I looked when it was increased as it was increased to every 15 mins combined, it was saying X66/X67 were every like 86 mins each

Yeah, it’s been like that for a while and shows them to be every 3 hours during some parts of the day and then every 20 minutes at other times.
