The Omni I got from Scarborough to Whitby sat on the main road out of service for about 5-10 mins and then sat in the station for another 10 mins prior to leaving out of service. It arrived in off the X93 on time, near enough, so shouldn't have been regulated.
There was only one bus on the Park and Ride (2827), which according to the app, was running about 13m late throughout the journey. It seemed to be carrying the load for two buses too, as it came into Whitby the first time around fully seated with what appeared to be full capacity standees too.
They get 45 mins layover more or less, and if it was a Whitby board (ie not one of the two Redcars) then it may have gone up the depot or something.
211 isn't specifically allocated to the P&R as it spends most of its time on town work, and there is only 2 buses allocated to the P&R, not three. We have been using deckers in their layovers between the short X93s to operate duplicates on the P&R in order to move the crowds as the Solos have been struggling to cope. NYCC are going to have to come up with something better next year me thinks.
