Arriva North East: Rare & Odd Workings - October 2014

RE: Arriva North East - Rare and Odd Workings
A 308 Gemini was on the X13 earlier, 7520 was on the X21. I'm sure I saw a MAX Gemini on the 308 as well however it was only a glimpse so this could be wrong.

What time was that at? Wouldn't mind a photo.

Passed it at Bedlington while it was on it's way to Ashington at around 12.15 which should make it the 12.50 back to Newcastle, arriving around 1.47

Not ideal on match day, they'll be packed later on...

Of the E400's that have turned up has it been mostly 14-plate ones? If so I'm not sure how much more proof Arriva need that 7501-9 aren't up to it...

I don't know what they're thinking having two Omnis working a decker route on a match day. Pathetic.

What's worse - well, unless my attempt at working it out is wrong - 4653 should still be out on X21/35 tonight.
RE: Arriva North East - Rare and Odd Workings
Ashington doing as well as us at Stockton then! lol
1447 and 1452 started the day on 5s with 1512 whilst faults were sorted on assorted Streetlites, 1555 then replaced 1556 which I believe was towed in (one certainly was!) - it's out all night tonight having been fixed earlier... It was all sparkling by lunchtime though, albeit 1512 spent all day on despite being the spare bus

Edit: 1103 was used on Yarm shuttle service 17

4653 was on the 1644 57A from Morpeth

A Streetlight in full 35 livery was on the 35 this morning.  Didn't see which one but I assume it was 1581.

Ashington seem to be putting anything on everything just now with 09 EW400s on the X18 and 14 reg E400s on the X15 (2 today)

A 14 reg E400 on the 35/X21 tonight.

1447 spent the day on Sapphire 5/5A yesterday thanks to missing Streetlites, one of which was 1558.
Two Pulsars (1460 & 1491 iirc) were due to be allocated today when I left at 0550 (on top of 1512 the spare) but that was dependent on Streetlites being fixed!
