I assume this is rare? It was branded for the X14 or something?

I thought it was allocated ALX400s or something?
Yeah it is Smile
Don't understand why they've put that on there when 7520 was on the X15 and an ALX400 was on the X14....
Think, if I remember correctly, the 20/X20 should be allocated 7519-21

Not really a rare working but darlingtons allocation was all over the place earlier on 1791 done the 14:02 service 14 to skerne park and back, it then done the 14:30 service 19 to west park and then went back on to the 15:32 skerne park, 2504 came from the depot but then broke down as the vehicle was getting changed, 1767 was on the 1/5

I'd be happy if we could stop seeing Solos on the 1/5/5A, 2832 crossed the line on Tuesday morning as it was a relatively busy journey and to add to the pain it went BONG! every 3 bloody seconds! it drove me mental and I was only on it for 5 minutes!

Then the crappy Dart's that can only handle town work and when they are actually on the 8/8A they brake down. I dream of the day they are all scrapped.

2832 has a habit of overheating at the minute, I had it on the 21 the other day and it was alright  just wait until 2852-61 enter service, the 13xx darts are getting replaces by 1304/10/13/14 sometime soon but like the P&R solos I don't expect to see them until the middle of the year, don't know what the hold up is of 2852-61, maybe because there short of drivers to collect them?

No idea why the Solos aren't in service at Darlington yet either, it seems at least one is being used on some diversion shuttle service and others keep popping up on routes in the Newcastle area like the 55. If they keep sitting around for any longer they are probably going to only be fit for town services.

I think the Dart's are getting swapped soon but not sure exactly when, perhaps when more of Belmon't Enviro's enter service (I think most are now in service) and the X12/X2 Gemini's get MAX refurbishment.

I know 2832 got taken off at Darlington after I had it on the 5 the other day, BONG!

Still hoping for more full size buses to operate the 1/5/5A, hoping some of the Pulsar's off the X1 will stay.

Rumour has it that 1404-7/93/98 are staying for the X1 but getting refurbished into max livery, don't Think the streetlites will manage all the hills between Darlington and tow law, maybe refurbish 1425-28 and keep 1493/8 and put the streetlites on 1/5/5a

What would happen to the Streetlites which are allegedly on order?

Interesting.

I think StreetLite's would struggle on the X1 as the timetable is a bit tight and I think they are limited to 50mph so I don't think they'd be much good on the faster sections of the route.

StreetLite's should handle the 1/5/5A okay, not sure I'd like them on there though as I am not a massive fan of them, I don't hate them but I wouldn't say I like them either. Also would the 1/5/5A be all StreetLite's or mixed with the 13 reg Pulsar's.

Trust me - if it's one thing the Streetlites can manage it's hills (if they can manage Lythe Bank, Saltburn Bank and Loftus Bank then they can manage any). Also, the rumour is the 75/76 is going MAX using 3 of 1404-7, plus 1493 might be returning home to Stockton as it hasn't been fitted with the Next Stop system (of course, if it comes back to Stockton - it will likely get fitted with it anyway for 15s).
