It looks like a hand-drawn map of the Corporation (what is now SNE) network in Sunderland in 1959.
Appreciate some of the estates aren't built, but it's quite amazing how much of the network now is pretty much the same as it was then. 
Here's me thinking the network we have now that I similar to 1987 was bad... I'm going to have to refer back to 1959 now!

Rumour has it 5501-5504 are to be Volvo B7RLE / Wright Eclipse 2 369 - 372 from EYMS

Martijn confirmed in his update that the Solo's on the X20 are likely to be replaced with longer buses once lockdown is over.

I would imagine these will be the Streetlites?

Go North East has acquired two diesel Yutong CB12 vehicles, through the UK Pelican Yutong dealership in Castleford, YH66 VMO and YD70 CDZ.

Both vehicles were previously with BM Coaches, though the latter has barely been used since new in October 2020, and the former has previously served in the region with Weardale Motor Services.

Just a suggestion (not sure if it will work) but maybe for Blyth to fully allocate deckers to the expresses Blyth could do:
1497 Blyth to Belmont with either a DB250 or one of the Ex Jesmond B7s heading the other direction
1493/1501-05 Blyth to Belmont with 7416/19-23/27 going the other direction. This would allow the Expresses to be fully allocated B7s and VDL Deckers.

Looks like percy main has gained Optare Solo SR NK12 HCD im guessing why is for the 5S again as that happened during the last lockdown

Does anyone know if the Seasider open topper is returning as Toon Tour is returning

Right this is my opinion. I think GNE need to debrand the Little Coaster buses and change them to 2019 livery. Here's why. 
Number 1. The branding on the side doesn't work or fit anymore for GNE, "Frequency bus service from Early to Late 7 days a week" 
This is more to the fact GNE don't run the service on a Sunday or Lates anymore. Most they run up to is 6pm with the exception being the 41 which runs till 8pm. 
Number 2, The branding doesn't make a whole lot of sense. For the 41 and 11 yes I can understand but the 42 42A and 19. Reason is the 42A runs all the way to Kingston Park and the 42 and 19 run into Northumberland. I could be wrong. 
This is just my opinion so I'd be happy if I missed something or I'm wrong about it lol
