Looks like Arriva are going to be conducting a UK wide survey regarding there services within there operational areas over the coming months.

Timing is interesting considering how much work they're losing due to Franchising, in the last 18 months they've lost the following.
- Greater Manchester to (Metroline Manchester) under Final Tranche of Bee Network taking effect in January 2025.
- St.Helens (Merseyside) to Stagecoach under Tranche 1 of Franchising in Merseyside in September 2026.
- Dewsbury (West Yorkshire) to Transdev Blazefield due to Tranche 1 of Franchising in Spring 2027 coming into effect in West Yorkshire.
Only benefit they have had under Franchising thus far is with Transport For Wales (Traws Cymru) which is also progressing further into Franchising in 2027.
Guess time will tell if there awarded anything in future Tranches in Merseyside and West Yorkshire, god knows what will happen here in the North East when the time comes to it but would likely see them losing again.
Unfortunately investing millions of pounds in New Buses over the same period isn't going to change the poor quality service that Arriva offer.

Tees and District probably does OK.
But, if you don't live in Leicester or Derby, then Midlands is pretty poor. Kent and Surrey are a basket case. Beds and Bucks does OK, but the reputation in Milton Keynes is in the toilet
What else is there?
Can see some of the ops being sold off or closed down like what happened in Aylesbury and High Wycombe.
