Still on the subject of old Sunderland Busways routes, (I know its the latest news thread and is probably off topic) I had always assumed they switched from three digits (1xx) to single/double digits at deregulation (except the 104 with was an extension of the 4), however there are images of buses running on route 107 to Downhill and 110 to Pennywell. Did these routes also operate alongside their respective 7 and 10 routes?
I remember the 7 running CBS - Witherwack via Newcastle Road, and the 10 presumably running the same route it does today.
