I'm looking at decision makers and influencers and I'm trying to see what improvements have been made as a result of their efforts.
Am I seeing growth? Am I seeing teams adapt to changing travel patterns and implement changes which have a positive impact on passenger levels or the balance sheet? Am I seeing expenditure in certain areas increase? Is that expenditure giving positive results?
