I think the OP has used the term 'desire' when what they really mean is 'favourite'.
According to the Collins English Dictionary, A 'desire' is a 'strong wish to do or have something' (noun); or 'if you want something, you desire it' (verb). Since the OP has expressed neither a wish nor a want, and instead compiled a list of branded buses without any real explanation as to why they 'create desire' for themselves, one can only conclude that it is a list of their favourite brands - not ones that 'create desire' in any way, shape or form.
So, I guess, to redefine the question more clearly, which GNE liveries offer or promote something that the customers wants, and which GNE liveries might cultivate the customer to express a strong wish to leave the car at home and switch to public transport?
Can liveries alone really offer 'desire'?
