Of course the issue is that it’s another website for customers to know about - do they go to an operators’ own website, do they go to the local authority’s website, or do they go to the Transport North East website?

Is that why GNE and DCC have stopped using digital timetable pdf’s and using that horrible format where you have to change the date etc.., it’s worse when using mobile version, at least NEXUS are using digital pdf’s but no help for bus services which totally operate in County Durham and not enter Nexus area.

Dan, When is GNE going to be using pdf’s timetables again?, or it’s not coming back?
