To be fair the best thing they could do is get some of the 13 and all of the 63 Plate Pulsar's to Redcar and get them on the X2/X3/X4/X4A and get the Streetlite's off them as they're useless on them. Where for the Streetlite's is up for debate, could do the 63 maybe which is desperate for an upgrade or sent them to Stockton or Darlington either and displace Pulsar's there elsewhere.

It's doable as the 2 at Walkergate will be released with the 51-55 cuts, and the ones at Durham and Darlington each will both be potentially released with their respective cuts depending how many 13 plates are sent.
