1431 is VOR with chassis defects.
1414 transferred instead as Stockton needed extra vehicle for PVR increase.
1409 will be the next Pulsar to leave Darlington's fleet once 1610 is back from engine repairs. Other than 1538/9 which will of course return to Ashington at the end of October for the X16.
Redcar won't be getting any transfers - they've got more than enough vehicles for their PVR, plus let's not forget that in 5 or so weeks time, the summer timetables end and they'll be plenty of spare vehicles at Redcar then.....
