The rest aren't my area so can't comment, but don't really agree with that X19. I'm not sure whether it's possible timetable wise as I haven't checked but I'd merge the 9, 19, 319 and 58 into 3 routes working as 3 seperate hourly routes like so:
It'd give a much better service now and the PVR shouldn't be anymore than it is now as it's just moving stuff around. The only lost link is the 2 bus per day from Seaton Sluice to Cramlington - but no-one uses it.
