It'd give a much better service now and the PVR shouldn't be anymore than it is now as it's just moving stuff around. The only lost link is the 2 bus per day from Seaton Sluice to Cramlington - but no-one uses it.
I was going for something like this, not sure on loadings, or why it was more frequent towards jarrow.
