I have to say everytime I've seen or used the 38 its very busy, especially around hospital visiting hours and on the West Road patch, its always been one of Stagecoach's mainstay routes even back to the Busways days and its consistently maintained its every 10 mins service.

Equally, I often see the 356 carrying fresh air, and its one of the first routes that GNE dump an open top on during shortages (even during the rain) - I can't say the 354/5 are that busy, the former often arrives in Quroum empty even at rush hour
