- 727 - Durham - 21 route** to Birtley then non-stop via A1 & A696 to the airport.

** Not via Arnison Centre.

Could actually be a hit with international students & students from the South & West of England too.

I agree we need more services to the airport - mainly from locations without access to the the metro although it feels like you're on the metro for ages - I have done Airport to South Hylton and it felt like I was on it for about 5 years.



I take the 777/787 have had decent passenger numbers? - I've never actually seen the services.
