Newcastle to W.Bay/Blyth as an X38 would be a shout.

Qualifying agreement would've been ideal for this including rationalising PVR's / operating areas of the services (GNE N.Shields & Tynemouth / Arriva W.Bay & Blyth). Very unlikely to happen now.
