• Go to https://www.dreamteamfc.com/team/select/
  
• Select "I'm New"
  
• Give your team a name, select your players to budget
  
• Enter your email address and select that you're over 18 , then hit submit team.
  
• Ensure that the free option is selected.
  

Once you've done this, you'll have the option to join a league. The NEB league PIN is 8156145, and the league password is leyland.
