Unfortunately, the toilets at Sunderland Park Lane Interchange are monitored and cleaned by Sunderland Council.
Nexus have no involvement with the toilets on the station.

Park Lane is also in the St Michael's ward (just), so I'd suggest CCing one of their councillors in. Peter Wood would be a good choice (despite being a Tory), as he used to sit on the Tyne and Wear ITA.
