You go and run a bus depot, and try and allocate vehicles. I'm sure that the person who allocates buses on a morning allocates the vehicles to the best of their ability.

There was a accident on the A19 earlier so maybe something had been taken off the 7 to put the 21 back on time and then 4811 on the 7
