Sorry for the double post. These two darts are possibly covering the double deckers on Metro replacement. When the metro goes back to normal expect to see them in a deadline somewhere

There isn't in the current logo, as registered.
I do wonder whether that tag line will be slowly dropped though?

The current logo was registered before the DB takeover wasn't it? Sort of assumed that any new logo would have DB incorporated into it.

I hadn't noticed initially and was gonna say the same as tyresmoke. However, as you say - the takeover hadn't happened when those images were registered.

Thinking about it, would the DB line be part of any registered image?
Genuinely don't know if it would be. It may be worth checking another DB division to find a logo registered after the takeover date.

Can't see this new X24 lasting long, just seen it enter Durham Bus Station with nobody on it, it's possible some may have got off at Millburngate Bridge but I don't think that it will have been many. Saw it on Saturday morning leaving Peterlee Bus Station for Durham with no-one on as well.

What's used on it? Might try it this week if I get the chance.

Honestly no idea what's supposed to be used, was 7456 on Saturday, 7609 yesterday and a standard liveried Pulsar today, think BusLoverMum saw a Pulsar last week as well.

I've seen it twice, both unbranded pulsars, one time was one of the old white faced ones.

It's more of a sky blue on my screen, but turquoise would fit in better with their usual colours. It might look more modern than their current corporate livery, with judicious use of vinyls - I'm guessing that the cow horn or swoop will still feature in some form, since it's been heavily incorporated into all their existing recent differential branding.

Probably quicker and cheaper to paint, too, without the skirt.

(23 Feb 2017, 11:08 pm)omnicity4659 wrote Every bus will receive the teal livery and have the full liveries viynled on. The front end of the full livery will vary depending if it's a Sapphire, Max or Eco bus.

Would Arriva not just be better doing this:

- New livery for all normal routes (can also be used if just have Wi-Fi on), route info if necessary.

- MAX livery without MAX / Sapphire branding as such for premium routes but with according features on-board available as well as route into? A bit similar to how GNE have done the '49' Streetlites.

That the coastliner? I have seen that too
RE: Arriva North East: Latest News & Discussion - February 2017
Just when Stockton's put the dark skirt on nearly all the Pulsars!

When will they learn. Dark skirts look better as hide the grime.

If you actually read following posts, that is the base livery, not the finished result.

I'm not sure it is, that looks like the base for the "connecting Derby" livery to be used to combat Yourbus expansion in Derby. The new livery isn't expected to make an appearance until the summer.

As I was driving through town this evening did my eyes deceive me, or did I see an Arriva Gemini Hybrid on the 308 in plain max livery (rather than the usual eco / hybrid electric livery?). It was stopped at St Mary's Place with '308 Newcastle...' on the screen, so in service but had no Arriva or Max lettering on it.
I could be wrong but I was sure it was a hybrid as I noticed the bottom rear windows and larger rear overhang,
:-s

Yes your right about that.
306 and 308 are going MAX. The hybrids on the 308 will all be refurbished soon. (7801 and 7802 done so far.) 306 is getting refurbished Pulsars with Streetlites moving to another route. I think all MAX branding will be applied when refurbishments are done.
