New buses for the 64 are about as likely as new buses for Blyth's 1. The E200s from there would be useless at Stockton - the majority of Stockton's routes require Pulsars in terms of capacity even the 7 (as the frequency reduction on there came at the start of the 6 weeks, nothing yet to say how many of the boards will hit the schools at finishing time - 4 out of the 6 previously used to get the kids from the various schools along the route). Plus the Pulsars you've suggested to move from Stockton are required - the 17/17a are supposed to be allocated 'NSA-fitted Pulsars' which at Stockton are 1423-8 - 1423/4 indeed are fitted with 2 of the 6 NSA systems previously fitted to the Solos prior to their transfer to Yorkshire Tiger. The OmniCitys at Darlington will see out this year - their depot duty controller (the well known Mr Wise) has confirmed on photos of them on Facebook that they are earmarked for replacement by Pulsars next year. As for the B9TLs - they'll be staying at Whitby for the foreseeable. 7609/10 are the interesting one however - the Park &amp; Ride contract stipulates vehicles used on there must be 10 years or younger, hence P2B running board is booked for 1440 outside the Summer Holidays (when all that board does is the 0920 X93 from Scarborough to Whitby). Therefore, they will be due for replacement next year or at the end of the 2020 summer season.</p>
