Normally however, 4516 is sent out on an early 64 board (it's been used on Redcar's 5A working in the past) and a Temsa or even a Streetlite works its allocated turn. Of course, the argument should have been that when Stockton's PVR dropped back in July, one of the released Pulsars should have cascaded. Of course, Ashington ended up requiring an extra bus with the lose of the E400, Stockton needed to retain one to cover for 1417 (and subsequently retained it for the PVR increase with the S1) and Durham were just in need.</p>
