When will the Clean Air Zone come into effect in Newcastle, assuming it has been delayed due to COVID-19? Will the remaining MAN ALX300s, Ex-Scottish MAN E300s and 193xx / 194xx ADL E400s be replaced, swapped or upgraded to Euro 6 in the next few months?
If the CAZ is still going ahead as planned then surely the North East will be on the priority list for orders this year?

I can't remember if anything has been confirmed regarding the zones starting next year.Leeds has been delayed by a year to 2021 as has Birmingham’s so one may suggest that all CA Zones will be delayed by approx 1 year, so Newcastle’s potentially would be 2022 if going by that.
