I can't account for Durham County Council's efforts, but it's a shame that Nexus has not been a little bit more proactive in doing their bit with these service changes! The main timing points for services have had their bus stop timetables updated (Park Lane, Houghton-le-Spring, etc) but the normal stops in between haven't. This isn't an issue with not having gotten around to printing them out and pinning the new ones up - the online versions of the bus stop timetables haven't yet been updated!
I'd imagine that Nexus would have received copies of the revised timetables when VOSA accepted them, and the fact that things haven't been updated for today comes across as laziness in my eyes. I bet Go North East ends up getting the backlash of angry customers complaining about the bus stops having outdated timetables, when they can't help this at all...
