When did go north east run the 23c as ive seen a picture of it with 492 running it

I had 6030 last night and I have to say, it really wasn't that bad. Just a shame the idiots I was sitting with decided to steal the newspaper I almost started to read (it was on the floor) and ripped it up leaving a lovely mess. Apologies to the cleaners (although I'm sure they've cleaned worse).

Stanley are lucky they never had a bus on loan to Deptford for my scholars as cheese was thrown across 6099.

Wish they'd do that with us, a newspaper always seems to get ripped up and thrown around by somebody on our bus. Same goes for timetables too (although not as often)!

Shocking as today my grandma had the 2 and paper and leaflets were thrown round the bus

In Y7 we were throwing papers out the window, one hit a baby in a pram, the driver threatened to go back to school bearing in mind this was around 3:55 and the driver kept the papers in the cab as did every driver after that.

8299 had the warning noise going off every 2 seconds, literally.

Wrong thread, where did the 23C go?

If you have any concerns regarding the volume of the new Next Stop Announcements, could you please record them via the normal channels, so that customer feedback can be monitored and appropriate action taken if necessary?

Think the worst we probably had was a kid getting beaten up while trying to take refuge in that little luggage compartment underneath the stairs on an Olympian. Can vaguely remember somebody going flying down the stairs on a Trident, when the brakes were slammed on.
(01 Mar 2016, 6:20 pm)Michael wrote [ -> ]Ye, all of them are DDA.

Only the Lolyne's and Olympian's are none DDA in the GNE fleet and must be withdrawn by 1.117.

6021 having already gone, 6009, 6012, 6016 are past it, 6027 sounds terrible. Wonder where the pronto buses will end up, chester to see off their lolynes?, stanley to see off the olympians?, or elsewhere in the fleet.

We had a Y7 thrown down the stairs on a President, a couple of girls in my year would sit under the stairs on the President's.

Can also remember when Pat Armstrong covered for a week, a few years ago. Somebody stood past the sign at the cab. Don't think I've ever seen somebody look so fearful for their life before.

We had a driver who is still the most hated scholars driver for our school, he refused to let people off more than once so the person pressed the emergency door open and walked off, he also when it broke down and got started, forced everyone to sit/stand downstairs.

As are 6020/39, however 6024 seems fine imo.

Believable! When my dad drove the 876, he used to always say 'I knew they were smoking something and i know it wasn't cigarettes'.

The Pronto ones are the worst IMO.

6024 is the only good one, I think.

Fair enough, I just thought you'd be the one to tell seen as you have taken onboard what the others have said etc.

I may have gotten the fleetnumber's mixed up, it was whichever President I had on the X43 last year when I was with Garry Devlin, Bazza and Dan P.

It's more so to allow all appropriate members of staff to have a record of the feedback as it concerns more departments than one - an informal comment made on a bus enthusiasts' forum for my attention doesn't get to everyone! Smile

I agree, my school has a scholars from Boldon ASDA if this wasn't there, they'd have to use the infrequent 5.
