It's only when they try to board with a return ticket issued by a different operator (and get refused) that they get confused.
Oh! and the confusion was there when Arriva and Stagecoach were the sole operators of the 685 - back then the tickets weren't transferable (I believe that they are now).
Passengers stand at a stop and look at the destination blind - if it reads what they expect to see then it's 'their bus'.
We had that problem in Low fell, back in the late 90s/early noughties, between Arriva and Go ahead northern.

It was a day saver that would I'm after. My work expenses won't allow me to purchase a weekly ticket hence I take the train

Made a rod for your own back there like pdiddy
It will be like the paparazzi hanging around a Mayfair nightclub!

4896 seems to have expired in sunniside. Just went past on the X30 with passengers waiting for another bus. We stopped but everyone seemed to be going to Gateshead.

5337 NIS looking a bit forlorn at Durham bus station.

Shouldn't be too bad. Very few buses into Chester for that time.

Not the only one, i don't see why people have to go and get a photo on the first day.
Same as everyone wanting to ride them on Monday?, why you have the weeks ahead to do that!

Beats me. It's more logical to go and get photos of stuff that won't be around forever.

I will be on Monday but it's about the only day I'm really free to do so next week.
Think part of the fascination is you tend to get more people viewing your photos if you get them when they first enter service. I will admit that's part the reason why I'm doing Monday.

I need to be in Newcastle on Friday so will probably try one out, then, if the 22 runs on time.

Any word if the X21 is still going to accept the POP payg cards?

Currently on 6002 and I've noticed that the red arrows logo on the top left of the screen has been cut short to d arrows because the whole thing has shifted to the left about 2".
I'll post a pic when I get home if necessary.

Aye, the image will not calibrate into the centre, so the Hanover engineer has had to order a new part.

At least it's running. Half the angels we've seen today have been nis due to bad traffic, roadworks etc.

The Tynedale Express (Solars?) have interior roof panels that vibrate - breaking the fixings.

I cannot imagine that it is confined to the Tynedale Express solars, but does the roof panel problem also include the Eclipses?
