I have known this bus to operate a Scholars contract for the NDA in the 2013-2014 academic year so going off this i assume that the information about that incident was 100% correct. I cant see how discussion between employees can end up with a Stanley Travel bus been framed in the incident rather than the Nightengale bus as you are stating it to be.
Therefore i am, not meaning this in a argumentative way, going to believe that the bus involved in that particular incident was the Nexus MPD and not a Nightengale bus. I will also let you believe that it was something else but if we cant really come to an agreement i think it will be best if we just end it here before something bigger escalates.
Who's your dad?
Its deffo Stanley travel and gne in that crash

Sadly it was. It was Y40 STX .
The first of 3 new buses to replace R6, R7 and K2 STX has arrived. Its registered V126 LGC and was previously AVL 46 in the Go Ahead London fleet.

Irritatingly, I saw all three of those buses today but was never in a position to photograph them!

Im sure there will be a chance to see them all together tomorrow. Well, in the depot anyway. Shame they can just be seen from Oxhillfor most people and not from inside the depot.

I think K2 has been on the 939 a few times, but seemingly only as a last resort when the current ALX400s have been unavailable.

From the same batch as the GNE Presidents?
One of the 3 buses (R6, R7 or K2 STX) will be kept to operate school contracts, the other 2 are going the journey.
Today's arival is the 1st of 8 double deckers that will be brought in to operate Misc. Works form Nexus starting in September.

They're Volvo B7TL/Alexander ALX400s, rather than Plaxton President bodied (hence AVL fleet number opposed to PVL?)
Have they been converted to single door or being left dual?
The one delivered today is single door, the rest are still current dual doored but will be coverted to single door before starting work in Spetember.
It looks like they've also bought another Solo, registered E3STX, it's a 2005 model (and not MX05OTJ which is still ON02STX)
The new solo came from Stuarts coaches from Carluke in Scotland. It and ON02 STX are the back up vehicles for the 3 EV's on the Cathedral Service.
Are they keeping P823 SGP witch came from Weardale.
P823 PSP is now K2 STX, which ever is judged as the best of the 3 Olympians will stay, the other 2 will be part exchanged against newer vehicles.
Stanley Travel seem to be expanding at the moment any idea how many deckers are joining the fleet.
8 additional deckers by September, which will mean 11 deckers in the fleet.

Presumably they've been pretty successful in the Nexus contracts then?
