Edit: Sorry i thought u meant on GNE's official list not the one on the forum =)

Yup - I think 3825 was originally due to be transferred to Riverside allowing one of their Olympians to be withdrawn (hence why I updated the fleet lists at the time) but possibly hasn't happened yet due to 3874 remaining at Percy Main...

3825 still is at Stanley - was on X70/X71 today.

You could recreate that scene - with only the vehicle looking any different!

Where is the location?

It looks a bit like Blanchland.

Aye, that's where it looks like.

Lovely place, lost in the midsts of time
It is Blanchland.

Venture was founded when my grandfather was also running his buses (coaches) from Wingate Station Town.

As a teenager, the grand-daughter of the Venture founder was a very close friend of mine, even though by then I was living in Hexham (and so was she).

DUP registration was issued between December 1938 and July 1940.

The bus looks like a Daimler - probably a CW - but was it Gardner (CWG5) or AEC engine (CWA6)?

Venture were buying mainly Willowbrook bodies immediately post-War - but is this a Willowbrook body?
Found this on internet search

DUP 210 DAIMLER COG5/WILLOWBROOK C32F COACH

a Gardner engine, also found this https://www.flickr.com/photos/georgeupst...otostream/
Should be noted, given that we've discussed the vehicles and the associated VORs at length, that the "Prince Bishops" branded Scania L94UB which has been on long-term VOR for an engine overhaul is now back in service (not sure how long this has been the case for, but I saw it yesterday). Think there's two missing today though...

On a related note, 628 has been allocated to service 37 / 701 today, which should mean that the missing Hybrid is back on the road and on 700s today.

Versa 8319 still appears to be encountering a few issues (it sounded pretty bad last night when on Staff Shuttles, and its front destination was not working at all), and is on Staff Shuttles again today.
8246 broke down yesterday outside Riverside on service 67.

At least Two Solars missing yesterday too weren't there? Considering 6099, 6039, 4937 were all spotted at points in the day.

Think it's been 640 thats been VOR, good if it's back in service! And I knew 8319 was having issues!  Wink

Two were missing, yeah. Same two as today, I believe.

Not certain, but I think that the red Scania replaced the Volvo B7TL yesterday afternoon...
Took me from Park Lane to Seaham boundary to connect to the WiFi on the 60!

Also temp traffic lights causing havoc. The 60s are running in 3s!

Did you make a note of the fleet number? If so, report it to customer services.
It takes me no more than 30 seconds to connect to Go North East's Wi-Fi - I use it happily most weekdays travelling to/from school for the less than five minute journey that it is.
Fleet 5372. Will drop them an email Smile
Seem as bus doors seem to be a hot topic here on NEB, here is a photo of Wear Tees Xpress 5335 with a part of the door blowing in the wind yesterday morning.

Thankfully didn't make a difference - it was my ride yesterday!
Seems traffic is causing a lot of problems around the metrocenter!
