Has any number being confirmed to how many we are receiving?

(26 Apr 2015, 10:26 am)Dan wrote No, the number hasn't been confirmed... Though it was speculation galore on Facebook last night!
Was interesting to read that enthusiasts thought DDA-compliant Vykings would be withdrawn before non-DDA compliant Olympians and Tridents?
(26 Apr 2015, 10:26 am)Dan wrote Is it really sooner than expected?
Plymouth has received seven out of eight of its Dennis Tridents from Brighton. The StreetDecks have entered service, so buses were withdrawn immediately to allow them to transfer to other Go-Ahead op-cos:

No point clinging on to old buses if they're no longer required! I guess the same will apply here, when the Scania Omnidekkas enter service and the resultant withdrawals commence...

That Facebook post is what my post on here yesterday was about. Within 5 minutes, it had been re-written and published on another platform, even though it hadn't been confirmed by Go North East on their Fleet Allocation document!
What I will reiterate - never take what you read on public forums (regardless of the platform; Facebook, Twitter, or otherwise) as gospel!
