(18 Nov 2019, 6:08 pm)Dan It was in for accident damage repairs, requiring more or less a full repaint anyway. Pointless repainting green and replacing all of the vinyl, for the sake of around 6 months when they'd be repainted in fleet livery anyway (really they're likely to be painted before the new buses come, not after).

(18 Nov 2019, 6:29 pm)Michael Might as well get all the repaints done now, on the Saltwell Park buses and other routes, While Wrightbus is starting back up, as i would imagine, they won't start to deliver the new buses until the new year.

May aswell finish doing 8339-8346 then start on 5369-5376 or all red kites ready for deptford

Anyone going to Wallsend Forum on Wednesday for the Little Coasters event? What are the giveaways likely to be? Anything good?

Another ADL Alexander Dennis Enviro 400MMC has turned up at SM, previously with Stagecoach Manchester retaining its BooBee livery promoting Breast Cancer Awareness.

(18 Nov 2019, 8:29 pm)JP6004 Yes I know the B9s are cascading to the loop. I meant the 4s are 6yrs old so I imagine they will go for repaint to coincide with delivery of the new buses on the X1Iirc it’s the current toon link B9s not the X1 B9s that are cascading onto the 93/94

I've been to a few of the other events and the prizes have just been 1, 7 and 28 day tickets, sweets, chocolate and the GNE centenary book.
The coffee was very nice though!

At the event in Bishop they ran out of chocolate so it was only those tiny packs of Haribo!
