(10 Jan 2024, 11:58 am)Storx Must say never seem any problems in a car, quite often go from Morrison's to Sainsbury's when around there. Guessing the problem is Silksworth Lane is too narrow for a bus?

(10 Jan 2024, 1:05 pm)F114TML You can get a bus and a car through the higlighted section here, but only if both go right to the edge of the road - there's a few times I've taken a bus through and had to mount the kerb because the car doesn't get over to the left far enough (or the car is simply too big)

(10 Jan 2024, 1:52 pm)F114TML A bus takes up more than half the road. Will have to arrange a photo of a bus on it sometime.

(10 Jan 2024, 4:25 pm)deanmachine Used to do it in a Solo quite a bit when I first started at Deptford, running light to Silksworth or Doxy, now I much prefer just taking slightly longer ways there then even bothering with the pain of that road.

(10 Jan 2024, 6:08 pm)GrahamD83 There is (or at least was) a redundant bus stop on that stretch of road. Not sure when it was last used though. Think Stagecoach briefly ran the 13 that way in the 1990s.

Hopefully with the new housing estate being built in the area there might be a chance for a service to be extended along that road since the nearest stops that are served during the day is the Vicarage or Gilly Law

Or Maybe the X21 is going to become light green x-lines to complement the Angel, saves repainting the Streetdecks.
And the X20 will become blue X-Lines. There we go, save money on not needing to paint them and all they have to pay for some new stickers.
