USA v Ghana should be decent, I think it is the 3rd time in succession they have played each other in a world cup

Doesn't look like that's going to happen now! Especially with Portugal down to ten men!

All going good, Team Cake way out in front, Multiple Scorgasms (great name) in second, me and Andreos are joint 7th and joint 2nd bottom with Scott propping us up, Brazil up tonight, hope they get me a few points

Germany thrashing of Portugal last night had a minimum effect on me as I only have Portuguese Player in my team (Ronaldo)

Pedro for Spain and the wonderfully named Quim for Portugal (don't know if Quim plays anymore)

What about France's Rod Fanni, or a famous German striker that played in Euro 96? Big Grin

I forgot about the French Fanni...Was there once a famous piece of commentary that went something like "there playing like there 11 Kuntz out there" I know there was a similar funny commentary regarding Julian Dicks, I suppose if our German friend was playing, just the mention of his name would call for a childish giggle.

The Africans have some great names as well

Marcelo - what a knacker.
Own goal on Thurs and tonight he throws himself to the ground when through on goal!

When does the transfer window open? Or can I just sack him?!

You wouldn't be saying that if he won the penalty I bet [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH AND TIGHTLY-CLOSED EYES]...

I agree with you though, it would have been easier to put in the middle than going down as quick as a tarts knickers 😀

According to the scoring system, I have 14pts from the two matches so far today
https://m.dreamteamfc.com/worldcup/wcscoring/
5pts for a defender keeping a clean sheet (Luiz and Marcelo)
2pts for a midfielder keeping a clean sheet (Oscar and Hazard).

1st lot of points since Friday! Big Grin

Belgium didn't keep a clean sheet, they went behind to a penalty in the 1st half...

I should get points from Courtois, Marcelo and Gustavo

Watching Chile tonight, was like watching me on PES or FIFA.
Except the real manager cost me two bonus points by not sticking Bosejour on for the last few mins.
