EDIT...Looks like a deal has been done according to the Toronto Star

Toronto FC sells Jermain Defoe to Sunderland

Jozy Altidore may be part of the deal...good hope they can offload that big streak of shite
£14 Million according to the BBC is the fee which has been agreed, no mention of Jozy Altidore though.

Look on the link I posted Adam, that is where I saw the Altidore link
14m includes hes wages for 3 1/2 years

The blue one, i can't remember its bloody name!

The Guardian are now reporting it, seems it still needs clearance from the MLS:

Jermain Defoe to sign for Sunderland on £70,000-a-week deal - http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015...oronto-mls

Bubblegum perhaps or raspberry or something...

The MLS has loads of awkward rules when it comes to things like wages, the clearance I imagine would be for Dozy to join Toronto, he will have to go through allocation...

WTF allocation is i do not know

Cheesy Chips and Blue Panda Pop - if ever there was foodstuffs which could be classed as currency in Sunderland, you have it right there!

Tonight's FA Trophy game between Gateshead and Grimsby Town has been postponed
Id take 4 of the 6 mentioned in this list.

I know but sign the other 3 (Dembele/Sinclair and Evans) Permanently

As far as I am aware, there is not much money to spend, not daft amounts anyway, I would take Evans and Sinclair permanently if the money was available...But I suspect Poyet would have sell first
Happy that Sunderland have swapped Jozy Altidore with Jermain Defoe, let's hope we can get goals haha

Newcastle 1-0 Southampton

West Ham 3-0 Hull
Man City 2-1 Arsenal

Everton 1-0 WBA

Had a feeling there would be a big score - hence leaving Fabianski out of my Fantasy Football XI and put Costa as my captain.

Paying dividends so far!
Spurs should have had a 3rd goal, Vertonghen was in his own half and was behind the last man anyway when the ball was played...Pantilimon was caught with his Pantilisoff [emoji14] after coming up for the final corner
Not the North East but has anyone being watching the Afican Cup Of Nations?

Watching the highlights atm.
