Tiger's fleet numbering scheme remains seperate - as the Second-hand Solos purchased for the opening of Barnsley depot share fleet numbers with the short Enviro200s in the main fleet new in 2014.
Transdev
With delivery of the new Versas for Burnley's 'Mainline' network, Harrogate's Versa 277-84 (YJ12 MZN/O/P/T/U/V/W/X) are in the process of being renumbered 207-14. Similarly, York's 273/6 (YJ57 XWW, YJ08 PKZ) are to be renumbered 203/6.
The new Versas for Mainline are replacing the newest B7RLEs in the fleet onto Yorkshire work. The first refurbished are 1855/6 (FJ58 LSO/U) for Harrogate's 70/71 (currently 770/771).

A number of major changes are taking place from 3rd September. A summary of the major ones below:
Stagecoach

The 73 (Rotherham to Treeton) is revised to run from Sheffield to Rotherham via Manor Top, Intake, Richmond, Handsworth, Waverley, Catcliffe, Treeton, Brinsworth and Canklow. Service 73a is retimed, and slightly replaced by new service 23 between Rotherham and Brinsworth every two hours.
The 74 (Sheffield to Harthill) is revised to run from Sheffield to Rotherham via Granville Road, Manor Top, Richmond, Handsworth, Waverley, Catcliffe, Treeton, Brinsworth and Canklow. The Treeton to Harthill section will be replaced by service X54.
NEW 74a (via the same route as the 74) replaces service 40
Service 66 (Rotherham to High Green) is revised as followed:
66 will run between Rotherham and Thorpe Hesley - also replacing the sole 67 journey - allowing smaller vehicles to be used on this and interworking service 34
Journeys between Rotherham and High Green will operate as service 136, which will also replaced one journey on the 138 hourly. The 136 will interwork at High Green with service 85 (see below)
In Sheffield:
Service 35 (Sheffield to Hillsborough via Meadowhall) is revised to operate from Sheffield to Meadowhall via Hillsborough, Wadsley Bridge, Fox Hill, Grenoside, Parson Cross, Sheffield Lane Top, Firth Park, Grimesthorpe and Brightside partly replacing some buses on service 85. The 85 will be hourly.
To replace it, the 43 (Meadowhall to Kimberworth Park) is extended to Sheffield and renumbered 36. Between Meadowhall and Blackburn most buses will run via Wincobank to serve Standon Road.
To serve Jenkin Road and Sandstone Road in Wincobank, certain journeys on the 3 (Meadowhall to Nether Edge) are diverted and will operate as the 3a.
The X5 is revised. During the daytime on Mondays to Saturdays buses will run every 30 minutes. journeys that run to/from Thurcroft will now operate from Monks Bridge Road via Outgang Lane, Hangsman Lane, School Road to Laughton Village serving Laughton Common. Buses will no longer serve Breck Lane or St. Johns Rd in Laughton Village.
The NEW X54 replaced the 74 between Sheffield and Harthill. Buses will run between Sheffield and Harthill via Catcliffe, Treeton, Aughton, Swallownest, Aston, Todwick and Kiveton Park.
The X55 is revised to run hourly during the daytime on Mondays to Saturdays. Some buses will also serve Todwick.
Services X5, X54 and X55 will provide a bus every 15 minutes between Sheffield and Swallownest/Aston. Certain X5 journeys will call into Wales High Schools
TM Travel
The Sunday journeys on the 85 between 0835 and 1735 from High Green will terminate at Hillsborough and interwork with the new 57. From Sheffield, there will be no 85s between 0820 and 1920.
Due to First's changes in Rotherham, TM Travel's journeys on the 138 are withdrawn.
Arriva Yorkshire
The final batch of 12 Enviro400MMCs have entered service at Heckmondwike this week on services 254 (Leeds to Dewsbury via Heckmondwike) and 255 (Leeds to Halifax via Cleckheaton). These are to the same specification as Castleford's 189-branded examples. They are 1972-83 (YX17 NLJ/K/L/M/N/O/P/R/T/U/V/Y) of which 1972-82 are branded (see photo of 1982 below showing a major downfall of the 'new' branding style) while 1983 follows Castleford's 1959/71 in being the unbranded spare.

Keighley's Town Network is to be rebranded 'Keighley Jets' upon the arrival of this year's order of Optare Solo SRs. Believe 6 are on order to replace the remaining MPDs on the local work.
Following its sisters refurbishement last year, former Coastliner B7RLE 454 (YJ05 FNN) has also now been treated to a refurbishment. Unlike 450-3, it currently retains its original registration. The final member of the batch, 455 (YJ05 FNO), is also due for refurbishment soon.
The 'Wharfdale Links' operation is due to expand in October when the company commence operation of the daytime journeys on the 965 in Otley, currently operated commercially by First (interworking with the short X84s - First are making improvements to the X84 at the same time which will see the vehicle used on the 965 required for that improvement). A bus war has already been started however - Connexions have also registered the 965 from the same date.

A contact I have in Harrogate says theres a few knocking around there, they get used on Blackburn's Valleyline too. Only one in York the last time I went was a spare white one on the 44, Unibus is withdrawn so they no longer see regular use in York.

12 of Leeds Hunslet Park's Vovlo B9TL/Wright Gemini 2s are due to transfer to First Cyrmu this coming week. In exchange, Bramley depot are to receive 12 Streetlites from the same source. A number of spare deckers from Bramley and Bradford depots will be loaned to Hunslet Park pending the arrival of the first of the 284 new vehicles due for Leeds in the next three years - reported number of 34 due in the autumn for use on the 1 (Holt Park-City Centre-Beeston) and 6 (Holt Park-Bus Station).

Sorry - wrong way round. Crazy as it sounds the rumours are that between 10 & 50 of Manchester's - probably Bolton's given the sources of the rumours - E400s are heading to Leeds.

22a/22c: The Sheffield extension is mainly positioning journeys - all departures from Sheffield are 22As while all return journeys run as 22Cs. The 22a is also reduced in operating hours - both services run half hourly until 1300 when the 22a reduces to hourly until 1500 after which all journeys run as the 22c. All journeys leaving Wath between 1700 and 2104 run to Sheffield on weekdays (1720 to 2104 on Saturdays) - the lastt two departures from Wath terminate in Rotherham. No journeys on Sunday run to/from Sheffield
73/73a: The Sheffield extension is evening and Sundays only as a replacement for the 72a except operating via Manor Top rather than Sheffield Parkway.
74/74a: While First have re-routed their weekday/Saturday journeys on the 74 (and new 74a) to Rotherham, TM Travel's Sunday Tendered Journeys to Harthill remain (apart from being retimed as they no longer interwork with the 29a at Harthill). The last First 74 departures out of Sheffield is 1722 (1752 onwards are 73s) while the last journey from Rotherham is 2055 (combining with the 73 between 1800 and 2100 to offer a half hourly frequency between Rotherham and Sheffield. First departure from Rotherham on Saturdays is the 74a at 0902 - all journeys before that run as 73s.

The amount is now 10 of each.
Streetlites 47629-31 are the first to arrive -
47629 now repainted (photo @ Chris Munden). The plan is to use them on 'Leeds City Bus' service 5 (Halton Moor to Bus Station then City Loop) replacing the early B7RLEs (although it is mainly the Scania Solars and B7Ls on there at present).
The new deckers on order for Leeds are further Wright Streetdecks - including some HEV models for the Park & Ride services.

Are there any more details of which buses from Bramley - and more especially, Bradford - will be loaned to HP? Will these be older types such as ALX400s or even early B9s?

Owned E200s 44925-7 have been earmarked for transfer to Somerset for well over a year - and this is finally due to take place during September. 44925 has recently been back at Olive Grove working alongside the loan examples, while 44926/7 have been withdrawn and re-instated at Doncaster in recent weeks. Also due to be cascaded from Doncaster are Solos 53401 (TO54 TRU), 53703 (LK05 DXR) and 53807/8/10 (WX05 RSV/Y, RTO), also bound for Somerset. In exchange, Manchester's longer Solos 53143-50 are to transfer to Doncaster from Oldham. These were originally new for the Metroshuttle routes in the City Centre before being cascaded to the Ashton and Oldham areas for minibus work there.
Also, for any eagled eyed locals who don't fancy the trek down to Sheffield etc for First's fleet - following the closure of the Commerical Operation side of Rotherham's operation, all South Yorkshire repaints are now taking place at Thorntons.

Two new members of the fleet are:
- Ex-Brightbus Volvo B7L/East Lancs Nordic SA52DWC, new to First Glasgow.
- Scania L94UB/Wright Solar 653 (FN04 HSZ) from Trent Barton, formerly used on the now-withdrawn 'Zoom'
Both of these are a result of Brightbus' closure. The B7L, now numbered 1170, is for use on a school contract taken on. The Scania, meanwhile, will be for use on Line 4 (City to Bents Green or Ringinglow) which now requires a full size vehicle following the withdrawal of the High Storrs School-Sheffield service back in the spring.
