4702 is to bleve to be withdrawn

4501 is waiting for a camera

4502 is back out
For the first time since their arrival, all Redcar and Whitby's X4 boards have the Volvo Evoras out in service. Only 4501 missing and 4510 probably on the 95.
Rumour mill 3052 and 3053 could be going to Stockton next week to support eith yarm fair

That appears to be the plan - along with 2841 from Darlington to work the Kirklevington turns next Saturday. Possibly the last year of swaps of this nature for Yarm Fair - after all, very unlikely they'll be any mini buses in the fleet next October.

That means two pulsars will  cover for 3053 52 won't there

Not when both depots have a reduced PVR on a Saturday anyway. One will likely go from Stockton to Darlington to cover for 2841 however.

Durham are getting 5 boards I think so 5 buses will go to Durham from Stockton, also 5A is ONLY moving temporarily to Redcar until Stockton can get more drivers

All of this should be temporary until Stockton can bolster their driver numbers… I am told there are plenty in the school at the minute so fingers crossed over the winter season things will improve.
Ironically some of the X12s going back were probably only ever (temporarily) moved because of Durham’s driver issues in the first place…!
Don’t forget Darlo are still covering some X66s too.

1370, 1376 & 1378 are on loan while 1441, 1443 & 1482 are on loan at Blyth & Ashington so 1370, 1376 & 1378 will go back when Stockton get their buses back I’ve been told but depends on what vehicles are moving in Novembers service changes

Nothing is on loan at Ashington at present, all three of those are at Blyth.

No one mentioned anything about the new buses at all
Just curious, as I assume there's a reason but is there any reason why 3 buses were transferred to Stockton for 3 buses to be transferred to Blyth when they're all Euro 6.

Seems a bit pointless to do a double move...?

Because, I’m lead to believe, the Redcar batch of ex-North West Pulsars weren’t registered for use in the Newcastle CAZ at the time of this move (and may still not be - I’m not 100% certain). Indeed, 1372 (as has only been discovered since they arrived from Liverpool) is the only one of the 30 that hasn’t had the Euro6 modifications, hence why it spent a day or two at Stockton and was then quickly swapped for 1374.

Thanks for that, had a feeling it might have been some technicality for the move.

Interesting for 1372, wonder if they knew about it in Merseyside or whether they were breaking their contracts down there for years. Believe anything subsidised in the city has to be E6 and newer than 10 year old.

It's a shame the North East don't do the same to force certain operators to get arid of their junk, as most of the decent independents wouldn't be affected by it.

1372 got swapped for 1370 because 1372 wasn’t Euro6 then a few weeks later 1374 came to swap with 1438 no idea why we had 1438 in the first place
Last day for 7609 test runs out tomorrow  post been made on fb
