A lad decided to sit down and ask Scott how old he was, and proceeded to ask if he takes any drugs, listing examples. Scott said no, so he turned round to me and asked if I do. Meanwhile, I'm sat eating a chocolate chip cookie. I didn't think I looked the type to take drugs, but hey ho...

The lad is now playing rave and is giving 4512 a run for its money in terms of loudness...

What a way to get asked about drugs....Tongue

I once got asked by some Year 11s in the corridor. Found it quite offensive what he said...my best friend Rhys has autism, and does sometimes lose focus, and as I was walking him up to the library (he'd had a bit of a bad morning) the Year 11s asked me if I had anything for him to sniff or smoke because 'my mate looked like he was the first man on Mars'....dickhead.

No idea. Scott is my tour guide today - letting him lead the way and I'm just taking photos when I can!

Oh lord, worst I ever had was two fat people going at each other on the 21/31 to Sunderland for over half an hour and I had to sit right behind them on a Solo.

Some grotty places down on Teesside and if you think the 81/81A is bad you have a lot more to experience yet, the worst I've been on down there was the 64 Middlesbrough - Redcar.

I think I've the 64 yet to come!

Just bail out.

Oh dear, the 64 especially towards the Middlesbrough end especially is probably best described as rough as f**k.

I will never forget a couple of discussions about Drugs, I turned up at an EDL march in Newcastls in 2010 as I cmwas curious too see them for myself, a big dozy looking bloke came up to me and told me 'If you want any Cocaine, Cowies(Ecstasy) or whatever, come see me as I am the North East Branches official drug dealer'...Remember thinking if I was the Pollis, he would have been in serious trouble...

When I was in Belfast, an tramp asked me about drugs back home and if they were good, he went on to ask if I would go and get him some drugs, even though I was not at home and in a different country [emoji14]

One of the best arguments I ever heard was a pregnant woman screaming at her boyfriend saying her agony was his fault, to which the lad said 'It takes 2 to tango, as I remember, you sounded like you enjoyed conception'

So close  Big Grin
Wow yes that journey on the 81A was quite an experience, and certainly not typical of all journeys on service 81 (but could probably be applied to other routes!) - we didn't do the 64 in the end - although I did think about it, the times didn't fit. Went from Guisborough to Marske on the 81A, via the Green Lane estate which was tight in a minibus, never mind a B10BLE. Not the fittest of Volvo's it must be said (and we're due to get it at Stockton!) but at least the noise from it's fans did it's best to drown out the rave from the druggies phone!

Yeah you can sometimes get the odd passenger who is annoying as hell and it can make it an unpleasant experience, I did the 81 from Redcar to Stokesley a few weeks back and it was a nice peaceful quiet journey although when I rode it a Volvo B7TL was allocated.

Did it get as far as 'Children of the Night'...?

Don't think he played that one - it was more so the shouty sort of rappy rave.  Undecided

It did end up getting towards more normal music before he got off, but I still felt like giving him the earphones in my pocket and buying myself a new pair...
Speaking of blaring loud s**t music, I was at the gym tonight and they were playing some loud awful "music" the worst was one song which mentioned the words "mother ****er" about 20 times and that is worryingly not an exaggeration, does anyone else this is incredibly inappropriate?
